About Dr. Wu Zhongwei
Professor, Vice Dean of the School of International Cultural Exchange, Fudan University. His main research interests are modern Chinese grammar, teaching Chinese as a foreign language and textbook development. She has published about 40 research papers on Chinese grammar and teaching Chinese as a foreign language in journals such as Language Teaching and Research, Chinese Language Teaching in the World, and Chinese Language Learning. He has published monographs such as “The Study of Themes in Modern Chinese Sentences” and “How to Teach Grammar: Theory and Practice of Grammar Teaching”. He is currently a council member of the World Association for Chinese Language Teaching (WACLT), and an advisor to the writing team of the 2011 edition of the Chinese Language Textbook for Secondary Schools in Singapore.
